Located at 751 Scallop drive, Port Canaveral, Fl. is our custom fab shop. This facility is where most of our custom T-Tops, towers and poling platforms are made.
The photo shown above is of a custom seat built by Sunshine. The design of this seat was decided upon after the lead custom fabricator sat down and discussed ideas with the customer. Once the design had been finalized, the polished aluminum pipe was cut, bent, rolled and welded together for a test fit. At this point the customer picked out the proper upholstery, and had the cushion and back rest upholstered through Sunshine Welding.
As you can see, by through bolting the seat using the pre-drilled and counter-sunk holes, mounting was a breeze.
