Water jet Cutting and Welding Frames

Currently at our main location, a portion of Sunshine’s fabricators are working on a very large project that will be shipped out of state. This is not an uncommon thing for us to do here at Sunshine Welding seeing as we are always growing and expanding what we do. This job requires quite a bit of work. Once we receive the material, we proceed to cut it down to size and hoist it onto one of our water jets. After making it onto the water jet, we are able to precision locate and cut only what we need to out of the material, so as not to interfere with any other area of the part. When the water jet cutting is over, it is onto the assembly area, where two fabricators work together to assemble and weld the parts to create a finished product.
